Dr. Paul Winum has been working to help organizations function more effectively for over 25 years. His consulting experience ranges across the spectrum of RHR service areas including change management, executive coaching, team building, organizational development and private equity services including pre-merger due diligence and post-merger integration. In 2007, Dr. Winum was awarded specialty board certification in Organizational and Business Consulting Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology and was elected as a Fellow of the American Psychological Association.
