A UK-based Private Equity firm acquired a fast growing packaged foods brand which had operating units in the US and UK with a General Manager in each. The CEO,who held things together, decided to leave. A number of the US senior team followed. The company had rapid sales growth,a new manufacturing facility scheduled to go online in 90 days,and no leadership structure. RHR was contracted to determine how the company should be run and if any remaining team members were capable of doing the job.
