The recruiting process can take 5-10 weeks to complete.
Candidate Tracking
Hiring decisions are affected by timing on multiple fronts –candidate, hiring MD, and client need. All of these come into play when making a hiring decision.
Because of these variables RHR has a candidate tracking program. Candidates move through the initial steps of the recruiting process to determine initial fit and then are put on a tracking program. This program gives access to RHR materials, invitations to events, and updates about RHR. This dual (our responsibility/your responsibility) tracking is a vehicle in providing information to you so that when an opportunity arises, you're "RHR current".
