Who is qualified?
The most basic qualification is a doctorate in psychology (licensed
or license-eligible) in North America or the equivalent practice
degree in your respective country. Consulting and/or management
experience in a business setting is encouraged. This experience
should manifest itself not only in your technical skills and familiarity
with business, but also in a level of maturity that will foster
effective service to corporate CEOs and other senior executives.
Professional experience and exposure beyond the scope of your psychological
training is useful. Multilingual skills and extended experience
in other countries also are useful.
