Dr. Teresa DiStefano's professional specialties focus on the assessment, selection and development of senior level executives; building cooperation, expediting problem solving, and enhancing corporate effectiveness through team development; and effective change management during periods of organizational transition. Dr. DiStefano has published numerous articles and book chapters on issues of diversity. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
