He has assisted many quoted companies in the selection of board talent and in the development of their succession plans and whilst with Russell Reynolds developed and executed their Board Performance Evaluation methodology in response to the new requirements in the UK for corporate governance. A principal in the development of RHR's Financial Services offering, he assists human capital due diligence, planning and development process.
