Dr. Deborah Rubin specializes in the assessment and development of senior executives, CEO succession, senior team development, and managing and implementing organization change. Her client list is comprised of executives in a wide range of settings, from small-sized family-owned businesses to large multi-billion dollar, multi-national corporations. Prior to obtaining her graduate degree, Dr. Rubin worked in business for a number of years. She is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and a member of the American Psychological Association's Society of Consulting Psychology.
