RHR then facilitated targeted team offsites to translate insight into action, clarifying priorities, decision rights, team norms, and behavioral commitments. Over the following six months, RHR coaches supported teams through live observation, team coaching, and ongoing pulse checks to embed new ways of working and sustain change.
