Our client’s values emphasized creating a culture of belonging—but aspiration alone wasn’t enough. Leadership wanted to ensure their commitment translated into measurable, sustainable change.
They needed a development and assessment experience that would positively shape culture, clarify what belonging looks like in action, and identify where targeted shifts were required to strengthen engagement, performance, and organizational commitment.
Solution
We began where impact matters most: with the executive team. By aligning senior leaders around their own growth and shared accountability, we established a strong foundation for change.
Next, we defined belonging in observable, measurable leadership behaviors and embedded these into a robust 360 feedback process. Approximately 300 leaders participated, generating more than 2,500 data points. Outcome measures included engagement, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and performance.
We combined deep analytics with practical insight—equipping leaders with individualized feedback while identifying enterprise-wide patterns. This data-informed approach enabled focused action at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
Results
Belonging behaviors were positively correlated with every key outcome measure, including organizational commitment and performance, which demonstrates that belonging is not a “soft” priority but a business imperative.
