David Dubin enjoys helping individual leaders better understand and flourish in their roles, using data and his own experience to expand their insights into their strengths and areas for growth.
An associate with RHR International, David Dubin has worked in the field of business psychology doing leadership assessment, leadership development, and executive coaching for more than a decade. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Bench® team.
Responsive and collegial, David enjoys helping individual leaders better understand and flourish in their roles, using data and his own experience to expand their insights into their strengths and areas for growth. On a broader level, his assessments have been used by companies in more than 30 countries to help select and develop talent, increasing retention rates.
In addition to his work as a consultant, David is a former faculty member at the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the same institution as well as a master’s degree and PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Houston.
Outside of work, he can be found spending time with his wife and their three boys. He also enjoys keeping fit with his indoor exercise bike and traveling to his secluded family cabin in the mountains of New Mexico.
