Kathryn Trochlil is a project coordinator for RHR International. As a member of the firm’s Executive Bench® team, she provides support for a cadre of RHR consultants and keeps processes flowing smoothly for multiple ongoing client engagements.
Curious and competent, Kathryn excels at her duties, which include scheduling, taking on special client projects, and providing superior support to the consultants she works with. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology earned in 2021 from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, Kathryn appreciates seeing the positive impact that psychometric assessment and data and executive coaching support can have on leaders and those they lead.
Previously, Kathryn worked for a litigation-support firm and in her family’s small business, where she utilized strengths like flexibility, adaptability, and an easy ability to form collegial relationships with individuals from all walks of life. When she’s not at work, Kathryn likes to go on walks with her rescue dog, create bold pop art using acrylics and oils, and spend time with friends and family.
