Adam Magerman is a skilled coach and facilitator at RHR International, where he plays a key role in driving the firm’s Culture of Belonging efforts. With over a decade of experience in organizational and leadership development, Adam helps create work environments where people feel valued, engaged, and empowered to perform at their best.
Adam partners closely with senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on how to drive business results while managing change effectively. His coaching approach is rooted in exploring leadership through both psychological and neuroscientific lenses, enabling him to help clients unlock deeper insights into their leadership style and decision-making processes. These insights often lead to transformational change, both for the individual leader and the organization.
His expertise includes executive coaching, leadership assessment, facilitation, and content development. Adam’s executive coaching engagements focus on helping leaders build their capabilities, enhance self-awareness, and lead their teams more effectively. He also conducts leadership assessments to identify key strengths and development areas, providing actionable feedback that drives performance improvement.
In addition to coaching, Adam is an accomplished facilitator, leading discussions and workshops designed to foster collaboration, trust, and alignment among teams. He also contributes to the development of leadership content and programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. By helping organizations focus on both results and human connection, Adam ensures his clients are equipped to lead with impact and resilience in today’s dynamic business environment.
Adam also teaches Business and Psychology courses at Harvard University and the University of Delaware. Before joining RHR, he served as a Social Neuroscientist at the University of Delaware and worked as a consultant with Gestaltworks, a Pennsylvania-based organizational development firm.
