Before joining RHR, Amanda served as an instructional and compliance coordinator for the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District, where she acted as a central liaison among stakeholders, implemented instructional support plans, and managed complex data reporting to meet state standards. She also held roles as an instructional specialist at Keller Independent School District and as an inclusion specialist at Sturgis Charter Public School, where she developed resources, facilitated team alignment, and trained staff to improve systems and outcomes.

Amanda holds a bachelor of science degree in education, interdisciplinary studies, from the University of North Texas. Passionate about continuous learning and proactive problem-solving, she thrives in dynamic environments that require adaptability, precision, and a collaborative mindset. Amanda loves reading, biking with her family, and watching her daughter perform onstage in local children’s musical theater.
