At RHR International, Amanda Magliula is the program manager for Scaling for GrowthSM (SFG), a best-in-class executive development program that helps companies build stronger leadership pipelines. Her oversight role covers all aspects of SFG, including budgeting, staffing and resource allocation, product digitization and software deployment, and ensuring that client engagements are handled smoothly and effectively.

A former meeting manager for American Express Global Business Travel, Amanda is well-versed in overseeing and coordinating large-scale projects and events. Prior to her entry into the corporate world, Amanda taught English in Seoul, Korea and served as an au pair in Australia. Her experience abroad enabled her to develop key skills that impact her work at RHR; understanding diverse cultural nuances allows her to insightfully serve both national and international clients.
Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and French from SUNY Brockport. When she’s not working, she can be found traveling the world in search of good food and wine, spending time with friends (or her cat Inhye), knitting, or exploring her new home, Toronto.
