Anna Barras is a London-based partner with RHR International. An occupational psychologist with over 15 years’ experience in the field of leadership and organizational development, her expertise includes executive assessment and development, coaching, team facilitation, employee engagement, and strategic communications.

Prior to joining RHR International, Anna was a director at the leadership-strategy consulting firm, YSC Consulting, now part of Accenture. There, she cocreated unique pragmatic solutions, specific to today’s leadership challenges and worked with C-suite leaders to help them leverage their distinctive combination of strengths . Anna has worked across a variety of sectors, including financial services, energy, pharmaceuticals, travel and consumer goods. She also has considerable experience working within private equity. Her earlier roles at Diageo, Rio Tinto, and Deloitte were focused on the organizational system and ways to enhance its effectiveness. When working with leaders today, Anna brings a holistic approach to her work that considers the culture and context in which a leader is operating.

Anna read philosophy, politics, and economics at the University of Oxford. She also holds a master’s from London Metropolitan University in organizational psychology. She is qualified in a range of psychometric instruments and is a trained coach. Anna lives in London with her husband and young daughter and is deeply interested in interior design, specifically, the impact that our homes have on our well-being.
