Anu Garg

Anu Garg is an associate with RHR and a seasoned global human resources executive. With more than 20 years of consulting experience and nine years as a senior manager inside a Fortune 500 company, her expertise includes leadership development, assessment, executive coaching, organizational health, and people strategy.

Anu has worked with C-suite leaders across the globe and in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, telecommunications, auto manufacturing, and fast-moving consumer goods. Her past job titles include head of coaching and culture at a large company in the Middle East and vice president of learning and organizational effectiveness at a global corporation in Europe. Experienced in shaping strategy and driving change, Anu is self-motivated and has a track record of consistently strong delivery. She has deep experience building strong, long-term relationships with external partners, governments, client groups, and internal stakeholders, and she is a subject matter expert in executive coaching, leadership assessment, and talent development.

Anu is accredited as a master executive coach through the Association for Coaching and is an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society. She holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of Manchester and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wales. Dividing her time between the UK and Italy, Anu enjoys cooking and loves to bake. She also participates in various volunteer activities, including raising funds to support humanitarian efforts.
