Aurélie Sauvant serves as the operations team manager for the International region at RHR. She ensures the successful delivery of complex consulting engagements by leading a multiregional operations team and strengthening its capabilities, processes, and performance.
Her focus is on shaping operational capability, facilitating change, and embedding systems and processes that enable effective, sustainable client delivery. Aurélie works closely with consultants, operations teams, and senior stakeholders to translate firm strategy and systems initiatives into practical, day-to-day ways of working.
With extensive business management experience, Aurélie brings deep expertise in cross-cultural dynamics and global consulting environments. Known for her sound judgment and collaborative approach, she strengthens team capability, operational resilience, and delivery consistency, particularly during periods of change.
Aurélie is committed to continuous learning and actively champions mentoring and development initiatives within the firm. Prior to joining RHR, she managed assessment centers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and her academic research on green criminology has been published in industry literature.
