Bijan Karshenas is a project coordinator at RHR International, working primarily with clients and consultants in the U.S. East region. His responsibilities include anticipating, planning, and coordinating multiple aspects of client engagements, including scheduling, handling documents, planning meetings and travel, and tracking budgets.
An open-minded team player, Bijan truly enjoys helping others and being viewed as a reliable, flexible, and able partner to those he works with. Among his talents is an ability to look for and build system improvements that boost efficiency and remove points of friction in repetitive processes.
Before joining RHR, Bijan held two positions at a digital marketing firm, where he honed strengths in both execution and strategy, learning to create order out of chaos. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from North Carolina State University and is a certified associate in project management through the Project Management Institute.
In his personal life, Bijan is naturally curious about many topics and has a variety of interests, including nutrition, health, fitness and reading world history. He is also a devotee of Dungeons & Dragons, a tabletop role-playing game that has provided him the opportunity to make great friends around the world as well as develop imaginative storylines and character voiceovers as an international game leader.
