Caitlin McLysaght is a consultant with RHR serving on the firm’s Scaled Consulting team and specializing in talent assessment and executive development. Throughout her career, she has supported leaders across a range of industries, including financial services, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. Caitlin takes a thoughtful and balanced approach to client engagements, combining analytical rigor with strong interpersonal sensitivity to drive success. With empathy, transparency, and a bit of humor, she helps leaders address areas of growth and tap into their strengths, enabling them to make impactful changes in their work and personal lives.

Prior to joining RHR, Caitlin was a talent management associate at a multibillion-dollar credit asset manager and a consulting associate at another leadership consulting firm. These experiences have afforded her a nuanced perspective on the challenges and opportunities leaders face, allowing her to offer strategic insights that are both tailored to the individual and informed by the unique dynamics of the organization.

Caitlin earned her PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, where she conducted research focused on deference to authority and critical thinking. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration from Augustana College in Illinois, graduating magna cum laude with concentrations in management and finance. In addition, she holds an advanced Hogan Assessments certification, leveraging those tools to provide deep insights to leaders regarding key strengths and development opportunities.

A native Chicagoan, Caitlin has a deep appreciation for the city’s vibrant food scene and enjoys exploring new culinary experiences, both locally and abroad. She is also passionate about travel, having most recently been to Croatia and Greece. She enjoys hiking when she has the opportunity and is a dedicated yogi, finding balance and mindfulness in her practice.
