As a consultant with RHR International, Caitlin McLysaght works with the firm’s Scaled Consulting team, where she is focused on talent assessment and executive development. She is also skilled in Hogan Assessments, holding an advanced certification, and leverages her understanding of those tools to provide insights around individuals’ key strengths and development opportunities.

Caitlin is thoughtful in her approach to client engagements, balancing an analytical mindset with strong interpersonal sensitivity to drive success. With empathy, transparency, and a bit of humor, Caitlin addresses potential areas of growth with individuals candidly and clearly in order to support them in making changes to improve their work and personal lives. Before joining RHR, she was a talent management associate at a multibillion-dollar credit asset manager and a consulting associate at another leadership consulting firm. 

Caitlin earned a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, where she conducted research focused on deference to authority and critical thinking. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration from Augustana College in Illinois, graduating magna cum laude with concentrations in management and finance.

An equal-opportunity sci-fi fan, Caitlin’s enjoys both the Star Wars and Star Trek franchises as well as exploring new foods and indulging her passion for music—she played violin for 10 years. She also regularly plays Gloomhaven, a fantasy-themed board game driven by participants’ tactical abilities and cooperative problem-solving.
