Daniel LeBreton believes in the power of positive leadership and in creating authentic environments where people’s lives are enriched through the dignity of work.

Daniel LeBreton is a partner at RHR International with nearly two decades of experience in the field of leadership development. To join RHR, he left a full-time faculty position at Vanderbilt University, where he taught graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership and organizational behavior. He also founded and ran Impavid Consulting, a psychology-based leadership development consultancy with a mission to help leaders dignify work, engage people, and inspire excellence. 

Daniel is committed to fulfilling this mission through his work with the Executive Bench® team at RHR by helping leaders positively impact their organizations as well as the lives of the people they lead. He plays a vital role with RHR’s Scaling for GrowthSM leadership development program, where he helps design and deliver the program’s workshops. 

Daniel believes in the power of positive leadership and in creating authentic environments where people’s lives are enriched through the dignity of work. He strives to practice what he preaches by engaging others with candor, integrity, and honesty.

Daniel holds both a PhD and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Illinois State University. When he’s not working, he enjoys snow skiing, playing tennis, and communing over a good meal with family and friends.
