Summary

Dannielle Hawk is a partner at RHR International, where she is part of the Scaled Consulting team. In this role, she assesses and collaborates with executives in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to construction to consumer packaged goods. Prior to joining RHR, Dannielle worked in leadership development, change management, and human-capital consulting at GAP Inc., Marriott, and IBM.

With this breadth of experience, Dannielle is adept at understanding of the scope and complexity of responsibilities that leaders in high-caliber corporations are tasked with. She applies a big-picture lens to every project she works on, enabling her clients to expand their capabilities while gaining an in-depth understanding of their company’s employee experience. She helps leaders shape the culture of their organizations, which she finds extremely rewarding.

Along with her insightful coaching and analytical skills, Dannielle brings an intentional ear for listening. She believes that hearing not only what is being said but also what may be left unsaid is key to coaching and assessing leaders. She works to level the playing field for all aspiring leaders, supporting companies in thinking outside the box when managing their talent pipelines.

When she’s not working, Dannielle can be found watching indie films and documentaries or reading historical fiction. She holds a master’s degree in industrial/organization psychology from San José State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hampton University.
