Dante Capitano, PsyD

A respected thought leader and sought-after expert in the leadership development space, Dante Capitano previously served as RHR International president and chief executive officer (CEO) for eight years, where he empowered RHR and its clients to generate a lasting positive impact on employees, shareholders, and communities. During his time as RHR’s CEO, Dante placed a key focus on growth and innovation, client centricity, and building a sustainable inclusive culture at RHR. Dante currently serves as executive chair for the board, which oversees RHR governance. In addition, as a senior partner, he focuses on supporting the overall strategic direction of RHR, creating business opportunities, and serving RHR clients.

From his consulting work with boards, CEOs, and executive teams in companies around the world, Dante knows firsthand how today’s leaders face a legion of challenges. Dante brings his experience as a CEO to advise top leaders on some of the biggest leadership issues organizations struggle with, including navigating complex macropolitical dynamics, diversity and inclusion frameworks, and evolving regulatory mandates related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.

Dante completed a postdoctoral fellowship in cognitive therapy at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, holds a doctor of psychology degree from California School of Professional Psychology, and is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York. In his personal life, Dante can be found spending most of his time with his family; they pursue an involved and active life enjoying hiking, biking, and the great outdoors.
