Jaimie Chan is a partner with RHR’s Scaled Consulting team. She has expertise in organizational psychology, leadership assessment, selection assessment, coaching, and team effectiveness. She is sought after for her expertise in leadership development and her deep understanding of an executive’s world and what it takes to be successful. Jaimie has worked with Fortune 500 companies across many industries including consumer packaged goods, beverage retail, financial services, pharmaceutical, energy, industrial, private equity, and technology.
Combining her experience in clinical and organizational psychology, Jaimie leads with curiosity, compassion, and clarity to meet leaders where they are today and enhance their impact. She believes professional development should always aim toward creating authentic, lasting impact. To that end, she helps demystify the change process. Jaimie knows how difficult it can be for leaders to try out new skills and change behavior in the corporate setting, so she partners closely with leaders to ensure a safe place to experiment and learn. Prior to joining RHR, Jaimie was an active-duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) psychologist for four years. During her military service, she was a member of several advisory boards and worked with leaders to resolve key personnel issues through talent assessment, crisis management, and small-group coaching.
After her honorable discharge from the USAF, Jaimie launched her own consulting business, where she offered talent assessment, career and leadership coaching, and public speaking. Jaimie holds a doctorate and master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ferris State University. In her free time, she enjoys connecting with family and friends and dabbling in interior design.
