Jaimie Chan is a consultant with RHR International’s Scaled Consulting team based out of Tampa, Florida. With experience in clinical and organizational psychology, she delivers detailed, insightful, and valuable assessment and development solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. Jaimie brings evidence-based solutions with compassion and clarity. She is motivated by helping clients unlock their potential to create optimal organizational cultures where talent and leadership thrive.
Prior to joining RHR, Jaimie was an active-duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) psychologist for four years. During her military service, she was a member of several advisory boards and worked with leaders to resolve key personnel issues through talent assessment, crisis management, and small-group coaching. She became known for her thorough understanding of complex personality and behavioral layers in the workplace.
Jaimie’s military leadership consulting cultivated a passion for organizational psychology. After her honorable discharge from the USAF, Jaimie launched her own consulting business, offering talent assessment, career and leadership coaching, organizational workshops, and public speaking. Jaimie holds doctorate and master’s degrees in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ferris State University.
Outside of work, Jaimie can be found with her husband exploring her community and traveling as much as possible. She enjoys swimming, drinking strong coffee with friends, and the Tampa rainy season.
