A partner and assessment impact lead at RHR International, Jane Lim is passionate about helping a diverse range of executives, senior teams, and organizations thrive and perform at their best. She has broad experience working with leaders and teams across a variety of industries, including financial services, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, and insurance, in organizations ranging from family-owned businesses to Fortune 50 companies.

Jane helps leaders understand the purpose and impact of their work and equips them with key actions they can implement today to achieve the next level of performance and impact tomorrow. Bringing significant expertise in leadership assessment and development, organizational psychology, senior team effectiveness, and data analytics, Jane also helps organizations think more strategically about their talent. She guides executives toward a deeper understanding of their leadership landscape and partners with them to develop people-centered solutions for the future. She leverages her experience with data analytics to provide unique, data-driven insights to benefit both leaders and organizations.

With a background in teaching at the postgraduate level, Jane enjoys reading in her free time and can be found reading books and articles on organizational psychology and culture, leadership, and individual development, along with health-related topics. Outside of work, Jane enjoys staying active through HIIT classes and exploring local parks with her family and friends.

Jane holds a PhD industrial/organizational psychology from Baruch College/The Graduate Center—CUNY as well as a master’s degree in industrial/ organizational psychology from Baruch College—CUNY. She earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from the University of Delaware.
