A partner at RHR International, Jane Lim brings significant expertise in organizational psychology, leadership assessment and development, senior team effectiveness, and data analytics to her role with the firm’s Executive Bench® practice. She has broad experience working with leaders and senior teams across a variety of industries, in organizations ranging from family-owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies.
A curious, thoughtful, and development-oriented consultant, Jane partners closely with individuals and organizations to help enable their flourishing and growth. She endeavors to support leaders in understanding the purpose and impact of their work and to equip them with key actions they can implement in order to achieve the next level of performance and impact in their leadership. Jane also helps organizations think more mindfully and strategically about talent, guiding executives toward a deeper understanding of their leadership landscape and partnering with them to develop optimal, future-oriented, and people-centered solutions. Furthermore, she leverages her experience with data analytics to provide unique, data-driven insights to benefit both leaders and organizations.
With a background in teaching at the postgraduate level, Jane enjoys learning and reading in her free time and is motivated to pass on her learnings to others. She can be found reading books and articles on organizational psychology and culture, leadership, and individual development, along with nutrition, exercise, resilience, and other health-related topics. Outside of work, Jane enjoys staying active through HIIT classes and exploring local parks with her family and friends.
Jane holds a PhD industrial/organizational psychology from Baruch College/The Graduate Center—CUNY as well as a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Baruch College—CUNY. She earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from the University of Delaware.
