Jessica Geller is a Denver-based partner with RHR International. She brings a professional background rooted in international business to partner with C-suite and other senior executives to drive individual growth and organizational performance. Jessica works across diverse industries, including retail, technology, manufacturing, aerospace, insurance, financial services, oil and gas, agriculture, and healthcare. Her areas of expertise are in CEO succession planning and coaching, executive assessment and coaching, and leading large-scale consultant delivery teams. As a succession-planning advisor to public- and private-company CEOs and boards, Jessica utilizes a tailored approach to address timing, assessment, approaches to candidate selection, and coaching to accelerate readiness of future CEO candidates. Recognized for her perceptiveness and candor, she helps accelerate executive behavior change and drives transformative business impact for clients.
Jessica lived abroad in four countries before joining RHR and worked internationally, using her Spanish and Danish language skills as a sales executive and cross-cultural management training consultant. With this background, she brings a multinational perspective and understanding of cultural nuances, enabling her to deepen relationships with clients. Jessica also has healthcare expertise, having spent a decade in the field and receiving multiple awards for her work.
Jessica completed her predoctoral clinical psychology internship at Yale University, where she was recognized for her leadership contributions. She earned her PhD in clinical psychology from University of Colorado Denver and has a master’s degree in health communication from Tufts University and a bachelor’s degree in international studies and business administration from University of Oregon. Outside work, Jessica enjoys taking in the remarkable beauty of her home state of Colorado and traveling internationally whenever possible.
