Jules Marrone is a project coordinator at RHR International, where she leads end-to-end project management for selection-assessment initiatives by coordinating internal and external consultant resources to deliver each candidate request within the client’s timeline. She communicates with client stakeholders to create and execute a seamless hiring experience for their candidates. Jules also tracks internal consultant and external contractor utilization and billing dollars and reports on these to account managers. In addition, she serves as a point of contact to ensure internal team members have necessary training and resources to execute the project.

In previous roles, she gained experience in educational programming, financial reporting and management, customer support, and strategic development. She has been a mentor in professional development and executive function to neurodivergent peers for seven years. Her areas of interest include industrial/ organizational psychology; climate justice and environmental, social, and governance issues (ESG); and increasing equity in the workforce via anti-racism and allyship in all forms.

Before joining RHR, Jules worked for PwC, providing exceptional support to seven partners and managing directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from American University. In her free time, Jules enjoys spending time by the water, weightlifting, and taking her dog Ivy to agility classes.
