Kathryn Trochlil is a project coordinator for RHR, serving on the firm’s Central Region team. She supports a cadre of consultants, ensuring processes run smoothly across multiple ongoing client engagements. Known for her curiosity and competence, Kathryn manages scheduling, special client projects, and provides high-level support to consultants. She takes pride in delivering excellence, approaching each task with thorough research and a solutions-focused mindset.
Kathryn earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota in 2021. She values seeing the positive impact that psychometric assessments, data, and executive coaching can have on leaders and their organizations. Before joining RHR, Kathryn worked for a litigation-support firm and in her family’s small business, developing strengths in flexibility, adaptability, and building collegial relationships with people from all walks of life.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys walking her rescue dog, creating bold pop art in acrylics and oils, and spending time with friends and family.
