As an associate with RHR International, Kathy Kurnyta brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership development, strategic talent management, and executive coaching. Her passion lies in helping leaders increase their self-awareness and overall success to be more effective in their current and future positions.
Using a tailored approach, Kathy enjoys building one-on-one relationships with individual leaders, establishing a solid base of trust to maximize the impact of their work together. Kathy’s past engagements have included Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including private equity, technology, financial services, energy, retail, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to corporate consulting, she worked in the public safety sector, conducting psychological assessments of police officers, firefighters, and emergency dispatchers.
Kathy holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of San Francisco. In her free time, she enjoys working out, spending time with her tight-knit Polish family, and traveling the world—particularly to Europe, where she is from.
