Using a data-backed, objective approach, Kelly delivers candid feedback in a way that executives can digest, building trusting relationships with both decision makers and those being assessed. As a coach, she looks for ways to build on an individual’s strengths while simultaneously mitigating their risks, helping them see and create their own story through fresh eyes.
Kelly has partnered with clients across a broad array of sectors including financial services, manufacturing/industrial, and private equity to assist with due diligence, talent selection and development, and succession planning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and English from Villanova University and a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from Purdue University. She is also certified in multiple tools designed to provide workplace insights, including Hogan Assessments.
Based in Chicago, Kelly enjoys visiting the many great restaurants near her home with her husband as well as staying active and healthy through walks with her dog, regular visits to the gym, and activities like hot yoga.
