Kim Seymour joined RHR International as a member of the board of directors in 2019. Kim served as chief human resources officer (CHRO) at Etsy, Inc., where she was responsible for driving global strategy in all areas that impacted the company’s talent. Prior to joining Etsy, Kim served as chief people officer at WW (formerly Weight Watchers), where she developed and delivered impactful human capital strategies. Previously, she focused on human capital strategies in support of ambitious business goals in progressive roles at American Express, The Home Depot, and General Electric.

With over 20 years of managing human resources, from revenue-generating commercial businesses to vast global servicing organizations, Kim believes talent, leadership, and culture are the keys to successful businesses.
