Kristen Gilson is a consultant with RHR International who leverages her expertise in research and analytics to develop data-driven insights that are grounded in both quantitative and qualitative sources. She specializes in partnering with senior leaders, teams, and boards of directors to deepen their understanding of their unique strengths, potential vulnerabilities, and opportunities for growth. Her industry experience includes retail, biotech, energy, private equity, and consumer packaged goods.

A long-standing member of RHR’s Objective Testing Center of Excellence, Kristen leads and partners with colleagues in parsing and synthesizing data sets at the individual, team, and organizational levels. She is valued firm-wide for her ability to characterize the leadership behaviors, motivations, and practices that are correlated with successful performance and career advancement. Kristen is also the co-creator and co-leader of RHR’s Forces of Nature team, a group dedicated to the identification and adoption of environmentally sound, future-forward business practices. She is motivated by opportunities to share her passion for sustainability and bring others into the work of strengthening RHR’s environmental, social, and governance mindset around all operations and processes.

Before joining RHR, Kristen’s interest in workforce analytics was ignited during her early career tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and communications at Purdue University and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology at George Mason University.
