As a consultant focused on RHR’s Scaled Consulting solution, Lisa balances offering support with giving the type of candid feedback and accountability that enables leaders to realize their full potential and to magnify their organizational impact. Her career began more than 20 years ago in human resource consulting for a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, hospitality, finance, retail, technology, and insurance. Since joining RHR, she has worked with a roster of high-profile companies, bringing expertise in executive coaching, diversity and inclusion, leadership assessment, team development, change management, and strategic planning.
In her work, Lisa uses assessment and her deep understanding of human and organizational behavior to help leaders leverage their strengths and talents, increase awareness of their derailers and watch-outs, clarify their values, and recognize their positionality, so they can foster environments where everyone can succeed. She has demonstrated success in partnering with leaders to increase insight while using evidence-based tools to provide clear and specific support to help them optimize performance. Her supervision, mentorship, and coaching have helped many advance, including those who hold identities that are often underrepresented in leadership.
Lisa holds a master’s and doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the University of Florida. She also has a master’s degree from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from McGill University. She has received awards for her commitment to diversity initiatives, leadership in professional practice, and innovation in clinical administration and crisis management. Lisa serves on the Advisory Board of the Clinical Supervision Research Collaborative and has previously served on the executive board of the Society of Counseling Psychology and on the Council of Representatives for the American Psychological Association. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the International Coaching Federation, and the Center for Executive Coaching.
