She has held leadership roles at companies including Procter & Gamble, Meta, and high-growth tech firms, where she built and led teams of over 30 professionals across Europe, Asia, and North America. Her past experience includes managing a $1 billion P&L as a senior brand manager at Procter & Gamble and advising Facebook App leadership on product launch decisions impacting over 200 million businesses.

MJ’s work focuses on helping leaders build high-performing, cross-functional teams, navigate complex transitions, and grow into more authentic, effective versions of themselves. Known for her deep listening ability, empathetic communication style, and cross-cultural fluency, MJ partners with clients to uncover watch-outs, sharpen strategic thinking, and lead with clarity and intention. She has coached leaders at Fortune 500s and scaling startups alike across sectors including tech, financial services, insurance, and consumer goods. Her recent work includes advising a Swiss-based tech firm through a major organizational shift, launching a new B2B division under IPO pressure, and coaching executives across three continents through team and cultural transformation.

MJ holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Yale University. She also holds a graduate certificate in organizational and leadership coaching from Northwestern University. A published researcher in cross-cultural psychology, MJ is passionate about bringing a global mindset to her work. Outside of work, she’s a former Junior Olympic team captain and gold medalist in table tennis and enjoys learning languages, travel, and exploring new perspectives through sports and culture.
