MySha Whorley is a partner in RHR’s Atlanta office. She is a leader of our executive services offerings and is known as a down-to-earth, data-driven partner to clients. Acting as a trusted advisor and skilled coach to CEOs and executives, MySha helps her clients gain insights into their impact and adapt executive behavior to align with leadership aspirations and business growth. She understands the world of the CEO and the dynamics with boards, the broader organization, and external stakeholders. MySha is experienced, insightful, and compassionate. She brings the edge and urgency that help leaders develop in a focused, efficient, and supported manner. She coaches leaders through their challenges, offers practical guidance to scale up, helps strengthen leaders’ abilities to develop strategy and provide direction, and helps executives grow in gravitas, impact, and credibility.
MySha also brings strong programmatic capabilities that drive strategic objectives. With human resources partners, she is a savvy, creative, and experienced collaborator in the design and delivery of relevant talent and succession planning programs. She partners with clients to lay out C-level and organization-wide succession systems, leads programs to assess and identify hidden, high-potential talent, and orchestrates individual and cohort-based coaching programs that accelerate executive development. MySha has broad industry expertise, including in financial services, logistics, professional services, and consumer packaged goods.
MySha received her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Clark University and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ball State University. She earned a graduate certificate in executive coaching from William James College. MySha spends her free time exploring the greater Atlanta area with her family, watching historical documentaries, and as a passionate nonprofit board leader. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia.
