Natasha Abajian

A business psychologist and ICF-accredited coach, Natasha serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives and their teams. She is sought out for her ability to apply deep psychological insight and sharp business acumen to help leaders navigate their most complex challenges, accelerate growth, and unlock their full potential. Known for her curiosity and grounded presence, she builds long-term, trust-based relationships that underpin sustained success.

Her upbringing in Saudi Arabia and her English and Armenian- Lebanese heritage provide her with a distinctive cultural fluency. This gives her a deep appreciation for the nuances of leading in multicultural environments and a perspective she brings to her work with global leaders across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia. She has advised clients across a number of industries, including financial services, private equity, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, public service, and telecommunications.

Before joining RHR, Natasha held leadership and consulting roles within global leadership-strategy practices, including Accenture, YSC Consulting, and Deloitte. Natasha holds a master’s degree with distinction in organizational psychology from City, University of London and a bachelor of science in psychology from University College London. She has contributed thought leadership to various conferences and publications and was named the Best Emerging Leadership Consultancy Businesswoman in the 2023 Influential Businesswoman Awards by Acquisition International.
