Olga Hypponen is a partner with RHR in the UK. In this role, she works with senior leaders and their teams, helping them to develop and fine-tune the capabilities needed to thrive in complexity and navigate the challenges of today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world. Olga helps clients think creatively and critically, further developing the complexity of their thinking and personal resilience.
She uses a wide range of tools collected over nearly two decades in the industry to create pragmatic solutions that deliver sustainable, systemic, and rapid results, helping organizations create more inclusive, positive, and productive work environments. In her work with clients, she employs an intersectional lens, considering the complex interplay of neurodiversity, cultural, social, and other identities. This allows for a nuanced and tailored approach to meeting each client’s unique needs.
Olga holds an MSc in occupational psychology from Northumbria University, as well as a postgraduate diploma in psychosynthesis psychology and psychotherapy from the Institute of Psychosynthesis and the Psychosynthesis Trust in London.
