Robert Abramo is the head of business development at RHR. He is responsible for showing the world how RHR’s services can revolutionize leadership performance. With a background in psychology and over a decade in the consulting industry, he is adept at identifying client needs and ensuring clients are connected with the best possible RHR people and solutions.
Robert knows that the assessment and development of enterprise-critical talent is complex and requires skilled psychologists and innovative technology. What motivates him day-to-day is his belief in the power of RHR’s people. He knows he is putting the best consultants forward to help create change and solve problems.
Robert graduated from Baruch College’s Weissman School of Arts and Sciences with a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Villanova University.
In his free time, Robert enjoys golf and chess.
