Sara White is RHR’s director of human resources, responsible for developing RHR’s people strategy and building the organizational capabilities essential for continued global growth and sustainability. A dynamic and accomplished human resources leader with more than a decade of progressive experience across financial services, insurance, and global operations, Sara is recognized for translating complex business challenges into actionable human capital strategies that accelerate growth. She partners strategically with senior leaders, leveraging a data-driven and people-first approach to advance organizational performance and culture. A trusted advisor to the C-suite, Sara is recognized for her prudence and commitment to helping organizations navigate transformation with clarity and confidence.

Sara has successfully led enterprise-wide HR initiatives that align people strategy with business goals, driving measurable improvements in engagement, leadership capability, and employee experience. At Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company, she played a pivotal role in delivering talent strategies to support company objectives, implementing and enhancing HR technologies, and developing manager-leadership skills. Prior to Equitable, Sara streamlined regional HR processes and drove people-operations strategies at AXA Assistance USA.

Sara holds a bachelor of arts degree in Germanic studies and international affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed the Professional in Human Resources Certificate Program at DePaul University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and member of the national and Chicago chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); has been recognized by multiple industry organizations, including nominations for the Equitable Women’s Bond Club Rising Star award; and was selected as a 2018 Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Emerging Business Leader. A dedicated Chicago Bears and Colorado Buffaloes fan, Sara enjoys her time away from the office as a boy-mom by traveling, discovering new restaurants, and taking family walks with the dog.
