Tommy’s corporate experience includes serving as the former head of professional services for SHL Talent Measurement at CEB (now Gartner), where he led senior consultants, corporate psychologists, and sales teams. He has also held senior consulting roles with Korn Ferry and Right Management, working in both Atlanta and Hong Kong. He earned his PhD in clinical psychology from Michigan State University in 1994 and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as a certification from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI).
