Vemetria Muhammad is an engagement manager, operations team lead, and member of RHR International’s Scaled Consulting leadership team. In these roles, she interacts with project and operations coordinators. Partnering closely with the operations team manager, Vemetria focuses on coaching, performance management, development, culture, team engagement, and knowledge management. She also partners with other team leads to support overall culture, growth, and efficiency. In addition to providing mentorship and coaching for RHR colleagues, she supports client-facing leads for multiple engagements.

Her professional experience includes more than 15 years of supporting management and operations. Within the last 10 years, she has had proven success in client engagement, retention, and project and people management. In all her work, common threads have been her ability to thrive in high-volume environments, balance multiple competing priorities, and offer solutions-oriented perspectives as well as her willingness to challenge herself and others while ensuring effective, impactful, and on-brand delivery of services.

Vemetria is a doer who is passionate about the success and satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders. She relishes being organized, responsive, and resourceful, with an ability to build, refine, and support numerous processes. She continues to help improve the onboarding process for new hires at RHR; interview and train operations team members; create, refine, and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); and work closely on the development of process maps. Vemetria holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. When not at work, she can be found spending quality time with her daughter, brunching, or catching up on the latest streaming shows.
