Leading At Scale
The program is tailored to align with your business goals and strategic imperatives, taking into account any leadership gaps identified during the initial assessment stage.
We then undertake a series of cohort leadership learning sessions, followed by highly personalized virtual one-on-one coaching. The program culminates in the delivery of a development plan created for each individual to ensure change is reinforced and development continues at the end of the formal program.

1. Organizational Context
We work with you to gain valuable insights into your business objectives and environment to provide the necessary context around which to build your custom program.
2. Assessment
Depending on your needs, we offer a range of different objective assessment methodologies to understand your cohorts’ leadership gaps at both aggregate and individual levels.
3. Program Design
The program revolves around the essential leadership competencies. Each program is tailored to align with your organizational context and address identified leadership gaps.
4. Leadership Learning Sessions
We run a series of cohort learning sessions, offered virtually or in person, that introduce core concepts of leadership, cultivating self-insight and opportunities to practice new behaviors.
5. One-on-One Coaching
Every individual receives virtual, personalized, individual coaching, helping them focus on their leadership gaps and adapt their behaviors and mindset to become a scalable, effective leader.
6. Development Plan and Alignment
At the end of the program, a leadership development plan is written for each individual within the cohort to ensure change is reinforced and development continues when the formal program ends.
