Edge Coaching

Edge Coaching is for leaders currently in or transitioning into enterprise roles (typically one to three levels below the C-suite). As leaders ascend, the complexity of their roles, the scope of their responsibilities, and the challenges and obstacles to success increase. Edge Coaching provides support to leaders who are navigating these complexities and striving to grow in their capabilities and impact.
Outcomes and purpose:
Coaching at the C-1 to C-3 levels is most commonly leveraged for two reasons – to enhance performance and to aid a leader in transitioning into new roles.
