As a survey consultant, Ahry Beach is a member of RHR International’s leader analytics team, which provides data and insights to leaders, teams, and boards to help them grow and develop themselves and their organizations. Working on a wide variety of RHR’s engagements, Ahry is responsible for preparing and launching surveys, collecting data, and reporting out the results in a way that is both useful and actionable for the firm’s clients.
Requiring curiosity, attention to detail, and a team-oriented outlook, this role is a good fit with Ahry’s open and gregarious nature. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Ahry enjoys finding practical solutions to sticky problems and readily supports her colleagues as a willing sounding board and creative problem-solving partner.
Ahry holds both an MBA and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Virginia University (WVU). While at WVU, she also played clarinet in the school’s marching band and now teaches the instrument to musicians of all ages.
In her free time, Ahry enjoys spending time with her family and expanding her own interests by following those of her machine-loving young son—even if that means attending a monster truck jam.
