Bill Battle is an associate with RHR International who brings more than 15 years of experience as an executive coach and management consultant. He is highly skilled at conducting assessments and delivering insights that support the strategic growth of both individuals and organizations.
Bill has had a wide variety of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups in sectors ranging from technology to finance to healthcare and more. While he works with all levels of leadership, he especially enjoys supporting executives making the transition to the C-suite and female leaders; he studied and wrote his dissertation on the unique challenges that women often face when advocating for themselves.
Affable and personable, Bill is motivated by making a difference in individuals’ lives and has found that establishing open and trusting relationships is key to creating positive change. He looks for areas of alignment between leaders and the businesses they work within to create win-win situations whenever possible.
In addition to his consulting work, Bill is a professor in the industrial/organizational psychology department at New York University, where he received his PhD and a master’s degree. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The George Washington University.
Based in Long Island, Bill likes to explore the many events and restaurants available in the greater New York City area. As a fan of horror films (even the really cheesy ones), he is pleased to once again have the opportunity to watch movies in a theater post-pandemic.
