Caitlin Zaremba is an associate specializing in leadership development and talent selection assessments within RHR International’s Scaled Consulting practice area. A clinical psychologist by training, Caitlin offers C-suite executives and Fortune 500 leaders comprehensive, actionable feedback, empowering them with a deep understanding of their potential for growth.
Caitlin’s work is driven by her innate interest in getting to know people to understand the common threads between them as well as what sets them apart, allowing her to successfully help each individual get clear on their performance commitments and gain confidence. As a mother of two young daughters, Caitlin’s superpower for patience translates well to her work, where she is able to deliver performance feedback with humility, positivity, and insight. Prior to joining RHR, Caitlin worked at a boutique consulting firm and as a health psychologist.
Caitlin holds a PsyD in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from DePaul University. When she’s not working, she enjoys exercising and exploring the wilderness of the California Bay Area with her husband and children.
