David Morgenbesser is head of sales for Advisory Services at RHR International. His responsibilities include identifying clients who could benefit from RHR’s solutions for C-level executives, teams, and boards and working with them to pinpoint the most effective combination of services and deliverables to meet their needs.

David has an easygoing manner and a facility for identifying what makes each new client unique. His experience in enterprise sales crosses industries, including technology, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, quick-service restaurants, and more. He enjoys learning about a company’s strategies and tactics and listens carefully to clearly understand current challenges and desired outcomes while also bringing his own knowledge of best-in-class business practices.

David is experienced with a variety of consulting engagements, including selection assessments, development assessments, executive coaching, and employee experience and feedback. He is also very familiar with engagements focused on strengthening diversity, inclusion, and belonging and inclusive-leadership training.

Outside of work, David is a big fan of sports, both as a participant and a fan. He plays basketball, softball, and golf and roots for all the college and professional teams in South Florida where he lives. He also enjoys spending time at the beach.
