Eden Abrahams is a partner at RHR International and leads the firm’s Hypergrowth practice area, a unique support system designed to equip founders and their teams with the insights and tools they need to lead at scale. A skilled executive coach and facilitator, Eden works with scale-up leaders in diverse sectors, from crypto and data acquisition to beauty and healthtech. She also advises executives and boards in large, established organizations ranging from Fortune 100 pharma and media companies to law firms and academic institutions.
Eden is passionate about forming collaborative, empowering relationships with her clients to advance their personal and professional transformation agendas. She draws on her background as a consultant and entrepreneur along with her professional-development and adult-learning expertise to help them achieve tangible improvements in their capacity to lead, innovate, and thrive in complex environments.
Eden began her career in public relations and marketing and then worked as an intelligence strategist focused on European political and economic policy. After a stint in corporate communications and speechwriting, she became a partner at Joele Frank, providing strategic guidance to companies involved in special situations such as M&A transactions, litigation, and proxy fights. She then went on to found her own leadership consulting practice, Clear Path Executive Coaching, which she operated for over a decade before joining RHR. Eden also serves as a founding guide at Chief, a private network for women executives, where she facilitates a CEO peer-learning group.
Eden earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and Italian from Northwestern University, a master’s degree in European studies and international economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a master’s degree in professional development (executive coaching) from Middlesex University London.
Eden enjoys spending time with her three children, traveling the world, cooking with friends, and listening to podcasts from her home base in Manhattan. You might find her hiking in the Hudson Valley if it’s not too cold—or reading in front of a fire if it is. She also serves on the board of Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America, a college-access nonprofit.
