Sam Armellino is a project coordinator at RHR International. With a wealth of experience in administrative and project management work, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a diligent work ethic to everything she does.

Sam plays a dual role at RHR, providing project coordination expertise to leadership-development projects and supporting the firm’s Objective Testing Center of Excellence (OTCOE). In her role with the OTCOE, Sam helps manage RHR’s use of assessment instruments, assisting clients and colleagues in understanding the implications of assessment results for leadership behavior.

In both roles, Sam is adept at facilitating open communication between clients and RHR, ensuring that timelines are consistently met and key documentation and deliverables are well-organized. She is highly efficient and disciplined, always looking for ways to add organization and structure where it would be beneficial.

Sam has more than a decade of administrative experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and marketing. Motivated by supporting and helping others, she enjoys using her project-management expertise to uphold RHR’s values and deliver successful long-term results to clients.

Sam is based in Portland, Oregon and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northern Illinois University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, reading, baking, and crafting.
